Great interest from young couples and professionals

The first tenants of Sunset Gardens, Limassol’s first gated community and one of the most sustainable residential projects in Cyprus, are receiving the keys to their new apartments, which Imperio is developing in the rapidly developing area of west Limassol. The east side of the project has been completed and the first 100 homes are currently being delivered to their owners.

The Sunset Gardens development consists of 320 residences, distributed in exquisitely designed three and four-story buildings, which are surrounded by an idyllic setting with numerous facilities and amenities, such as swimming pools, restaurant, business centre, supermarket, gym, tennis and basketball courts, etc.

Another advantage of Sunset Gardens is the fact that it is being developed in a prime location in the west of Limassol. The development adjoins the City of Dreams Mediterranean multi-themed resort, it is located within walking distance of the new Limassol Greens Golf Resort and MyMall, and is just one kilometre from the Lady’s Mile, and 10 kilometres from Limassol’s business and shopping district.

With more than 160 apartments of the entire development already sold, the eastern side of Sunset Gardens has long been sold out, while 30% of the apartments on the western side of the project under construction have already been sold, with the interest of potential buyers being particularly strong.

Aimed at young couples and young professionals, Sunset Gardens offers its residents a high quality of life and a complete lifestyle, as it perfectly balances work and personal life. Residents of Sunset Gardens have the opportunity to enjoy numerous activities in harmony with nature, enhancing their physical and mental health.

At the same time, it is a model of green development, as it was designed with a full orientation towards viability and sustainability. Based on its design, the project after its completion will meet its energy needs to a significant extent from renewable energy sources. It will have photovoltaic panels, a water treatment and use system for watering the green spaces, as well as a waste management system.

In a statement, the CEO of Sunset Gardens, Nicolas Ayiomamitis, said:

“The outcome of the construction work on the east side of Sunset Gardens exceeded all our expectations, which fills us with great joy. Despite the disruptions caused by the pandemic to the real estate market’s supply chain, we were able to complete the project according to our original schedule. We are also particularly proud of the fact that we are creating a green project with high levels of sustainability, which offers the opportunity for young couples who are just starting their lives together to realise their dream of owning a high-end home at an attractive price, far from the high rents prevailing in Limassol”.

The western side, which is the largest part of the project, is expected to be completed at the end of 2023.
